Tassoni Cedrata is a refreshing, non-alcoholic sparkling citrus drink from Italy. It has a distinctive flavour and aroma that comes from citron – a thick-skinned, intensely fragrant citrus fruit also known as cedra or etrog. Calabrian citrons, called Diamante, are used to make the sweet, sharp Cedrata soda. The soda is syrupy sweet like lemonade, but much more fragrant with sour notes and an almost gingery aftertaste. 4x 180 ml
