Freshly Made Lunches
Pranzo (lunch) the Italian way is all about tradition and quality produce, and Corbetta’s Kitchen serves a generous dose of both with a rotating menu of quick eats. Hearty focaccia sandwiches, savoury pastries, lasagna alla bolognese, tiramisu and non-alcoholic aperitifs are served Monday through to Saturday.
Chef Prepared Meals for Home
Primi e secondo (entrée and main meals) are purposefully prepared using generational recipes and expert techniques for at-home enjoyment. The gourmet range of classic Italian dishes are available fresh or frozen at Corbetta’s Kitchen, online and via local retailers.
Chef Jacopo Corbetta
Jacopo Corbetta’s namesake kitchen opened in 2022 but his love for food started much earlier at the age of 14 when he commenced Culinary Arts and Chef training in his home city of Milan. After graduating and gaining experience in some of the cities’ most celebrated venues, Chef Jacopo moved to London where he acquired positions at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants.
After two-years in London, his culinary adventure landed him in Australia – first stop, Sydney as the Head Chef of an iconic Bondi-based venue. Second stop, Brisbane for a 9-to-5 epicurean opportunity that welcomed more time with his young family and an outlet to share authentic Italian recipes with lineage from three generations…cue Corbetta’s Kitchen.
